Celebration of Dance 2010 will mark the 11th year of presenting these dance concert-events. For the past ten years these concerts have been Arizona's contribution to the National Dance Week's campaign; to help bring recognition and visibility to dance-arts in our communities. And, we have successfully been doing just that, in thanks to Arizona's dance community for their creative contribution, and in thanks to our local media and the public's support.
Celebration of Dance (Arizona) is held in April/May of each year to commamorate National Dance Week. A wonderful chance for the public to experience such wonderful diverse dance selection, and a wonderful opportunity for the dance community to show their work.
Auditions for performers are held each year during the first Saturday of March. The the dance community is invited to submit their work for consideration to perform in this exciting annual event by live auditions or video entry.
Celebration of Dance is a professional concert production and presented at various prestigeous theaters around town.
